No Matter How Often they Repeat It

Waterboarding is still a war crime. People were tried for doing it after WWII. The defense fails. It is still a crime no matter how many times Mr. Bush repeats himself.

Ah...but the delight of Bu$hCo is that it goes from being a crime to not being crime--we do it, we don't do it--on almost a weekly basis.
